who we are
We are a husband (Paul) and wife (Jordan) run team taking inspiration from the bagel shops, delis, bodegas and pizza slice joints of New York.
Jordan originally hails from Long Island, NY and missed proper New York style bagels after moving to London in 2017. A few obsessive market stalls later and here we are.
We now run a small, bustling bagel bakery and sandwich shop in Netil Market alongside our awesome team of weirdos. We also serve our delicious sandwiches from LoFi Coffee in Crouch End.
Our 100% sourdough bagels are hand-rolled and baked fresh every day (apart from Monday, we're closed then, for now).
So if you fancy a bacon egg and cheese on a hand-rolled bagel in london, pay us a visit!

Weekend Barista/Front of House at Paulie's Bagels
We're looking for a part time Barista/Front of House to join the weekend team at Paulie's Bagels.
The right candidate should have a fair amount of experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and will be passionate about hard but rewarding work! Coffee experience is preferential but not necessarey as training will be provided!
Part-time Bagel Baker at Paulie's Bagels
We are looking for an experienced baker to work alongside our awesome team to help our quickly growing business increase bagel production for our two retail sites and wholesale customers.
Responsibilities include:
Daily mixing of doughs, baking of bagels, shaping of bagels
Maintaining our sourdough starter
Packing bagels and other items for couriers to deliver to our Netil Market site alongside wholesale orders
Other day to day tasks supporting the Production Managers in running of the bakery
Prepare and bake cookies and other sweet items
Quality checking
Managing stock
Ingredients ordering
Deal with day-to-day supplier and delivery challenges
Record daily production and food safety numbers
Evening food stall maestro for Paulie's Bagels summer concept at Netil Market
We're looking for a part-time all-rounder to take the helm of a new summer evenings concept (HOT DOGS ANYONE?) from Paulie's Bagels at Netil Market.The right candidate should have a fair amount of experience working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and will be passionate about hard but rewarding work!
