We are a husband (Paul) and wife (Jordan) run team taking inspiration from the bagel shops, delis, bodegas and pizza slice joints of New York.

 

Jordan originally hails from Long Island, NY and missed proper New York style bagels after moving to London in 2017. A few obsessive market stalls later and here we are.

 

We now run a small, bustling bagel bakery on Well Street supplying fresh bagels to our beloved shop at Netil Market as well as a handful of wholesale customers.

Our 100% sourdough bagels are hand-rolled and baked fresh every day, 7 days a week.
